Sync from Mac to Mac?
Can two 1Passwords on two different Mac computers sync over Wi-Fi? One would think this is possible, because a Mac and an iPhone can sync over Wi-Fi.

Hello Seppo,
Currently, 1Password does not support Mac-to-Mac direct Wi-Fi syncing. However, you may sync two Macs automatically using Dropbox.
For additional details, please review the following Knowledge Base article: How To: Enable quick and automatic 1Password data sync with Dropbox
If you have any questions regarding the procedure, please let us know.
Cheers!

Hm. But what if I don't want my password data (however encrypted) to leave my local network? Will Mac-to-Mac Wi-Fi sync be implemented in 1Password in the future?

Hi Seppo,
I'd say we're probably more likely to phase wifi syncing out entirely as opposed to adding more features to the wifi syncing process. We never say never though. But as of right now, Dropbox is the only way to setup Mac to Mac syncing, and there aren't any plans to include Mac to Mac syncing in the wifi module at this time.
If you're worried about encryption and cloud storage (like Dropbox) we do have an article available for you to read here:

It may help alleviate any concerns you have about putting your keychain on Dropbox.
I hope that helps.
Cheers!
