Does anyone know of a way to get 1password to work with the type login page used by NFCU? I am using Firefox 10.0.2. Autosubmit does not seem to be working at all with this site.

    Hi Hunter,

Thanks for taking a moment to contact us.

While generally 1Password has no problems filling this style of login form, I've been able to replicate the problem, and see that for some reason Navy Federal's form is not working with 1Password in Firefox.

We'll take a closer look at this and see if we can get that working. In the meantime, the page works fine with Safari, so if you want to avoid pasting the credentials into the form manually, you may want to switch to Safari for that site.

Please let me know if Safari is working for you, and if there is anything else we can help with.

    Thanks!

I have a bigger question, but it relates to Navy Federal Credit Union's login.
There are three fields for my login...
    comboLogonNumber, userid, and passwrd,

This works fine for me using Safari. But the thing that troubles me is that of the three fields stored in 1Password, the userid is the only one that is hidden / masked. My password (the passwrd field) is not masked.

So the question I have is how can I set a field to be secure like a password field?

    Hey Joe,

It looks like 1Password just got a little confused by having three forms required to login when most sites only require a username and password.

    Here's how to fix it:

    1. Open 1Password and search for your login for this site.
    2. Select the login and click the Edit button on the toolbar at the bottom of 1Password.
    3. Make sure that All Fields is expanded.
    4. You should see a field called passwrd in the list but it hasn't been selected as the password in under the Password column.
    5. Click on the hyphen for the passwrd row and you should now have a checkmark showing that 1Password knows that's the password. It should look something like this:

    Edit Password

Let me know if that works out for you and please feel free to let us know if there's anything else we can help you with!

Edit: I pasted in the wrong URL for the image, it's corrected now.
