icon does not appear in toolbar after upgrade to Safari 5.1.4

the key icon is not in the toolbar now. I tried downloading the extension again but that did not help

   Hi Roberta,

   I'm very sorry for the trouble here. Lets try to figure out what is happening.

   Could you open Safari then click Safari->Preferences in the menu bar. Do you see 1Password listed in the Extensions pane?

   If not, could you please open the following link in Safari?

   https://agilebits.com/extensions/mac/index.html

   Simply click the Download button next to the Safari icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

   When you do this, please note which step you have trouble with and where the installation goes wrong. If you see any error messages please let us know exactly what they say.
