Hi,

I sync 1Password for Mac with my 1Password for iPhone.
After it I can see all record's titles. But!
If I try to see contents of credit card record I don't see anything - all fields is blank!

iOS version - latest
Mac version - 3.8.19 (build 31419)

    Hi Ilya,

I'm sorry this isn't working for you. Can you tell me where it is you don't see the details? Does it work in one place but not in the other? Also, did you use wifi syncing or are you syncing via Dropbox? Let me know and we'll get things sorted out for you.

    Thanks,

    Hi Ilya ,

Could you verify for me that all of your data is correct and intact on your Mac?

If the data is not correct and intact on your Mac try the follow:

I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report. They are easy to generate and allow us to take a peek under the hood and see what's happening behind the scenes. To help you create a diagnostics report we have written a guide that you can view here:

    http://support.agilebits.com/kb/troubleshooting/create-a-diagnostic...

Please note that there are two sections on that page. One for users that purchased from the Mac App Store, and a second section for users that downloaded from our website. Please make sure you read the right section.

Once you've created the report we'd just like to have you attach it to the website below:

    http://support.agilebits.com/discussions/1password-38-for-mac-from-...

Let us know what the case is so we can proceed.

    Cheers!

    Hi Ilya,

    Thanks for the report.

We really suggest using Dropbox for syncing. It helps fix many issues that happen like this with Wifi syncing. If you want to try Dropbox syncing, here are the instructions:

To get started with Dropbox syncing you'll want to follow the directions we have in our Configuring Dropbox Syncing guide. This will get your Mac setup and syncing 1Password with Dropbox.

    http://help.agilebits.com/1Password3/configure_dropbox_on_mac.html

Then you can setup Dropbox syncing on your iPhone. I'd suggest removing the application first though in this case. Tap and hold on the 1Password icon on your iPhone. When it starts to jiggle, tap the "x" icon to remove it.

Then re-install by opening the App Store on your iPhone, tapping Updates, then "Purchases." Locate 1Password in the list and then the "Cloud" icon to re-install it.

Once this is done, run it and set a master password and 4 digit pin. For the master password I suggest using the same password you use to unlock your Mac. They can be different, but keeping them the same is better.

To sync your iPhone with Dropbox you'll want to follow the directions we have in our Use Dropbox to get automatic syncing with your iOS devices guide. This will get your iPhone syncing with your Mac 1Password data on Dropbox.

Let us know if this helps!

    Hi Ilya,

Thanks for giving that a try! We really recommend Dropbox syncing anyway. It is a lot more efficient and capable. It doesn't require that your computer be on to sync :)

Wifi sync works, it just would've required more time to troubleshoot it than to just setup Dropbox syncing :)

Please let us know if we can ever help in the future and have a fantastic weekend!

    Cheers!
