that our customers contact us first because we can often fix the
problem in just a few emails.
I've checked your purchase history and from what I'm seeing on
our records you purchased back in 2009. With our credit processing
we are unable to issue refunds after 60 days, and 30 days for
Paypal. So we're well outside of those time periods.
So, if you're willing, we can try to get the application fixed
for you. Could you explain what you're having trouble with? We'll
be happy to help you get 1Password running on your Mac.
