Thank you for the link — from there I could test to see exactly what you're seeing, that the web site's comments service isn't setup in a way to allow 1Password to fill your Identity's web site address. The site is providing a field named "anonURL" and that's not something that we currently would look for. We'll see what, if anything, can be done in the future to improve on this.
I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you at this time.
