   Hi Alfonso,

   I apologize for the delay in responding!

   I tested the site you provided and I too am having trouble. The cause is due to some Javascript validation they are doing on the login form. I'm getting a message saying the password needs to be at least 6 characters long yet the password I'm providing is 8 characters. This typically means that their login form is not accounting for the characters we've filled into the form.

   Unfortunately in this case we aren't able to solve the issue, it is something that the website will have to fix. I'd suggest emailing them and letting them know that the javascript validation techniques they are using is interfering with your password management application.

   We wish we could make these types of situations go away but it just isn't something in our control.
