Migrate 1Password data from iOS to Android

Hi, I have been using the 1Password app on my iphone and have created a lot of logins. Now i am switching to an android phone and want to know what is the cheapest way to have 1password on andriod ?

I am aware of syncing the data from iPhone to PC using the 1Password for PC and then use the 1Password Reader on Android but that would require me to purchase a license for windows etc which i really dont want...

   Hi Tarun,

   Thanks for taking the time to contact us.

   While you can use the free trial version of 1Password for Windows to set up Dropbox syncing and get your data over to the android, using 1Password only on the android will be very limiting. As its name indicates, 1Password Reader it is currently read-only (though we're working on a full-featured android version), so once your data was there, you'd have no way to add or edit existing data without the PC version.

   situation ? Such as a different app that can read the data from a backup of
   1Password ?

   I'm sorry I'm not familiar with other options on android that might suit you right now. It's unlikely that there will be something where you can import your existing data directly to the phone without going through an export/import process on your PC.

   My recomendation would be to keep an eye out for the full version of 1Password for Android. The best way to know when this is released is to follow our blog:

   Hi Tarun,

   The trial version is limited to 30 days of use from the creation date of the oldest item / the installation date (whichever is oldest).
