sync with dropbox

I have tried to set up the sync feature with dropbox and think I interrupted it before it finished loading. Now all I get is:
"Dropbox sync failed to download remote encryption keys. Make sure Dropbox is fully synced on your desktop." So now I am stuck. It won't let me start from the beginning. Anyone know what to do???

   Thanks for taking the time to contact us.

   Could you tell us what devices you're trying to sync? Do you only use 1Password on an iPhone or iPad, or do you also use it on your PC? Did you try to set up Dropbox syncing with the computer first, or directly on your mobile device?
