password has not operated correctly since purchase. Tried changing password as per support instructions and still will not work. Feeling very ripped off.

I apologize for the trouble you're having and I'd like to help!
I only found one earlier ticket (link below) from you and in that ticket we were waiting on you for clarification. We certainly had no intention of ignoring you!

We do need a little more information on what's going on before we can help you fix the issue you're having. Is this the same issue as the earlier ticket or a new one?
In either case we need a little more information from you on what's going on before we can help you fix it. Could you describe the problem in a little more detail for us?
