Login keyboard shortcut not working
I need some help. I am NOT computer literate so I hope I can explain my problem. After having some problems with my Dlink Router, we reset my computer to default settings which removed the little 1Password icon I used on websites to add new passwords. I have no idea how to reset this. Can you help?
Thanks
Kimberly

Hi Kimberly,
Just to verify, when you say this is enabled. Are you saying 1Password is listed there and is enabled?
Or just that the extension feature is enabled?
Cheers!

Hi Kimberly,
Great, thanks for the clarification. Was the 1Password extension disabled there? If it was, try this again:

Let us know if that helps.

I am sorry this is very frustrating. The 1password is not available on the
toolbar to customize. Here is what it looks like when I try to do this.
Please see attached. If you notice there is not an option to add.

Hi Kimberly.
Can you click on the Tools Menu (gear icon) of your Internet Explorer's toolbar and select "Manage Add-ons"
From there, can you take a screenshot of that for me.
Thanks!

Hi Kimberly,
Do you see the help button in your toolbar On the right side, just next to the "Tools" menu?
If you click the two >> arrows next to the help icon, is 1Password listed in there?
Cheers!

Hi Kimberly,
I managed to get a screenshot for you too.

As you can see there, my 1Password is hidden inside that area. Is yours?
Cheers!

Hi Kimberly,
If you right click the toolbar, you should be able to edit its location.

Then click 1Password and Move up:

Does that help?
