My iPhone won´t sync with MacBook Pro
Hello,
I have been trying to sync my devices, but I haven´t been able to do it. It was working fine before, the last sync was 6 weeks ago. But now that I am using a different network I can´t do it. I have been reading about syncing with Dropbox, but when I go to Preferences > General I can´t click on the option "Use Dropbox" (I already have a Dropbox account and is syncing fine with my MacBook). Also, when I try to do it via WiFi, the "Sync now" option is in gray, so I can´t click on it neither (my iPhone device is on, the 1Password app is unlocked, but that won´t help either).
Please help... any ideas?? Thanks!!!

Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having this problem.
It sound like your Dropbox folder may not be located in your home folder. Please see our support article here which explains why this is necessary and how to resolve it:

If you're still having trouble, could you please attach a Diagnostics Report to your reply?
Since you are using 1Password 3.9 (from the Mac App Store), you'll need to follow the instructions here:
