HI , my extension won't install..

I get ' an error occurred while installing the extensions'

please help.

   Hi Andy,

   Sorry for the trouble here, this is a problem with Safari itself, rather than 1Password, we should be able to help you fix this though.

   Before we go any further I see you're ruining 10.7.3 and Safari 5.1.5, you need to go to  > Software Update and update to get the 10.7.4 update and the two Safari updates that will bring you to Safari 5.1.7, these options are not optional and contain important security fixes.

   Once you're updated, please quit Safari and do the following:

   • Open a Finder window
   • Select Go > Go to Folder
   • Enter ~/Library/Safari/Extensions
   • Drag everything in that folder to the trash
   • Restart your Mac and then launch Safari

   You should now be able to install the 1Password extension from https://agilebits.com/extensions/mac/safari.html without any issues.
