Hi,

I got a lot of conflicting files on my iPhone and iPad when I synced with my MacBook Pro's 1Password. What does it mean? So far my macBook have all latest info. Can i remove the dropbox files and force update to my iPhone/iPad so they all have the same?

Regards
Bjorn

    Hi Bjorn,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us with your questions and concerns.

Conflict files happen when Dropbox cannot determine which item is the "correct" item. In these cases Dropbox creates a file with the "other" item which it feels isn't correct. Note that this isn't something that 1Password does, it is Dropbox that creates them.

Are all of your items up to date on your iPhone and iPad? You can certainly take a look and see. If so, I wouldn't worry about the conflicts right now. The data on your iPhone should still be the same as what you have on your MacBook, the conflict files aren't what we read in either of the apps, they're "skipped" over in essence.

Let me know what it is you're seeing, because they should be the same on all of your devices, regardless of the conflicts.

    Cheers!
