Spotlight
I used to startup 1Password using Spotlight. Normally typing '1' or '1p' followed by a return would start up the application. Now neither Spotlight or HoudahSpot (which uses the spotlight search engine) can find the 1Password app, even if the 'Show All' button is used. All other apps can be found. Not sure why. Spotlight prefs remain the same with 'Applications' being the first priority for search results. No other problems with Spotlight. Any suggestions?

Hi, Robert. I'm not sure what the problem could be here, but I think that the best first step will be to rebuild the launch services database and then have Spotlight reindex things by running this command in Terminal:
sudo mdutil -E /I hope that helps. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

I was surprised to see someone else had the exact same problem I had, and Jamie's solution worked perfectly for me. Thanks!
