1p can't log on to AT&T website in Safara
For a number of releases now, I can't get 1password to auto logon to the AT & T website, it seems to be processing, then goes right back to the login page.

Hi Chris,
I'm sorry you're having trouble logging in. We'd like to take a look though and see what's going on. Can you give me the URL you are using to log in?
Thanks,
Kelly Guimont

Hi Chris,
Thanks for following up with those URLs. I was able to test them and they both worked for me.
Please try saving a new AT&T Login Item using the following procedure:
Enter your User ID and Password but DO NOT CLICK LOG IN
Open the 1Password browser extension and click the plus button in the top right corner:
Edit the title as desired, then click the Save button, which is now in the top right corner where the plus button was.
Please let us know if that works for you, and if there is anything else we can help with.
Thanks!

no, this doesn't work for me. Keeps gong back to the login screen. Works if I use Chrome ( on the 2nd attempt.)

Hi Chris,
If you open Safari, then click Safari->Preferences. In the Privacy tab, could you tell me what "Block Cookies" is set to?
If it is set to "Always" please change it to "From third parties and advertisers"
Let me know if this helps.
Do any other websites work, or is it just AT&T?
Cheers!

Hey Chris,
This seems like it's a problem on AT&T's end with their cookies but we're not entirely sure. Would you mind reseting your cookies and trying to login again?

Bingo!
I reset the cookies for all the att sites in the list. Working fine now.
Thanks

Hey Chris,
I'm so glad to hear it! Do keep an eye on it, if it happens again you may want to contact AT&T's support to ask if they know why it's happening.
Is there anything else we can assist you with?
