Hello. I don't have my password. I use it on my iphone with no problems but I don't unlock it on my computer. I think I set it up with a mistyped password and Now I can't open it at all. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but it remembers the password. How do I resolve this problem?

   Hi Remi,

   Am I correct to assume you're referring to 1Password on a Mac?

   If yes, please read this guide for suggestions on how you can find your password if you think you know what it is. Also, this guide will explain how to start over with a new data file that you can create with a new master password (bottom of the page): http://help.agilebits.com/1Password3/forgot_password.html
