extraction problem when I tried to upgrade my operating system on my mac

1password failed to extract...so nbow I don't have any of my passwords because I upgraded my browser (to allow me to use quickbooks online's updated version

    Hello James,

    I'm sorry you've run into a problem. Can you tell me more about what happened? I looked up your email address and I see you have a license purchased directly from us. If your problem is the application itself, and you have the download from our site, try this: Right-click or control-click on the file and from the popup menu choose 'Open With...' and you should get a list of options. Select 'Archive Utility.app' which is what ships with MacOS to uncompress files. If that doesn't give you a working file, try the download again and make sure it completes before you try uncompressing.

    Let me know if that doesn't work and we'll take a bother look.
