I want to sync my iPad and iPhone together

Hey Michael,
You can definitely setup syncing between your iPad and iPhone but it is a bit of an extended process if you aren't already using 1Password on a computer.
You'll need to setup Dropbox syncing between your two iOS devices but our iPhone and iPad apps aren't able to create the files needed to syncing on Dropbox. You'll need to use 1Password on your Mac to create the files but don't worry, you don't need to buy anything!
Here's what you need to do:
You can also then uninstall Dropbox from your Mac if you'd like to.
You should now have syncing between your iPhone and iPad working normally on their own without a computer.
If you run into trouble please let me know and we'll work from there!

hi,
I have a windows 7 computer an iphone 4S and A new Ipad. I have your app on the apple things. I have your windows version of 1 password on my desktop. I want to use drop box to sync the data bases of 1 password. getting error message: Dropbox sync failed to download remote encryption keys. Make sure dropbox is fully synced on your desktop.

Hi Gilberto,
Have you created an empty database in 1Password for Windows, or have existing data there first, and setup Dropbox syncing on your Windows PC first as such:
http://help.agilebits.com/1Password_Windows/setting-up-Dropbox-sync...
You need to do this before you can sync from the iOS apps, they need the 1Password.agilekeychain file to be in Dropbox and fully synced.

Hi Joe,
Yes, you'll need a license for 1Password for Mac from the Mac App Store:
http://itunes.apple.com/app/1password/id443987910?mt=12
And then1Password Pro, which is a universal app so you could use it on a future iPad, from the iTunes App Store:
http://itunes.apple.com/app/1password-pro/id319898689
Once you have both apps installed you can follow our sync guide here:
http://help.agilebits.com/1Password3/cloud_syncing_with_dropbox.html
I hope that helps,
