I have a license for my Mac 1 Password 3 (edu) and I also have it synced to me iPhone 4. I now have an iPad 2 and would like to also have it on there. Is feature something that I already have with my Mac $50 version or do I need to purchase 1 password pro? if so, I do I get all three of them to sync without have to manually enter info into my iPad 2?

    Hey Sue,

Unfortunately you will have to buy 1Password Pro at the normal price.

All iPhone and iPad apps are sold through the iTunes App Store which Apple controls and processes all sales for and they haven't given developers like us any tools for discounting or bundling iOS apps with any other version of 1Password. We really hope they change this one day to give us more flexibility to help customers like you!

Now for the better news, you can definitely sync all your data between all three devices! There are two ways to do this, you can manually sync the devices over WiFi or you can automatically sync them using Dropbox.

We recommend Dropbox because it's easier, automatic and you can sync anywhere you have internet, you don't need to be on the same WiFi network as your other devices.

You can learn how to setup Dropbox syncing on your Mac on our guide here:

    http://help.agilebits.com/1Password3/configure_dropbox_on_mac.html

Here are our guides for Dropbox syncing on your iOS devices:

    iPhone: http://help.agilebits.com/1Password_touch/cloud_syncing_with_dropbo...
    iPad: http://help.agilebits.com/1Password_iPad/cloud_syncing_with_dropbox...

If you'd rather try WiFi syncing instead I can send along those links as well.

I hope that helps, let me know if you run into trouble and enjoy your new iPad!

    Thanks,
