1Password appears empty
In a small number of cases the 1Password vault may appear empty when you open it. Try each of the following steps to restore the visibility of the data (it should still be present, only hidden) one at a time to see if it resolves the issue:
- Go to Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache
- Then try Help > Troubleshooting > Rebuild Data File
- Next, quit and relaunch 1Password
- Finally, restart your Mac
If the data still does not reappear, you should be able to restore from a recent backup. Just go to File > Restore Data File from Backup and select a recent one.
